These Irises are my favorite color in my garden and since I live on a farm , I imagined my little family of field mice enjoying the nooks and crannies of the peddles and stems and buds. So sweet! This painting is set in a lovely gallery wrap light pine frame that sets off the moody purples. One of my favorite paintings because I decided to take chances with my work since Covid. As a result I let my imagination run wild and full of my love for all animals.
